Wow. That’s- cool, but strange, I guess? I don’t know how people in the hundreds and thousands handle it because I’m just sitting here like “There are 50 people interested in things I say? I’m having one of those moments where I really need to talk to someone, but there’s no one I really feel comfortable talking about this with, so I just end up keeping my mouth shut.

Twenties themed birthday cake
I spent about.. 9 hours on this cake. 7 one day, about 2 the next. Was a lot of fun, but exhausting. I was really happy with the outcome, though, and more importantly, so was the birthday girl.

1 clean up down, 3 to go.
The cake process is being broken up into four sections and clean ups.
Just finished the strawberry pound cake batter and the clean up. I only have two pans, so I’ll simply be baking 1 set of cakes, then the next set. That gives me a two hour break.
After those have cooled, I start the chocolate mousse for in between the layers. While that’s cooling and stiffing, I do clean up number...

Holy shit, I've been single for over 2 years...
It doesn’t feel that long, to be honest. I mean, yeah, I definitely have those moments where I’m like “man, I want someone to cuddle” but I don’t feel like I’m missing a lot, you know? I’m quite happy with myself.
I wouldn’t say “no,” but I don’t find myself actively looking. It’s kind of nice.
